Result management protocol
Our clinic has adopted a revised result management below. Please see the flowchart below for details:
NORMAL RESULT
You will not be contacted. Your doctor will discuss this result at your next appointment.
Please make an appointment should you wish to discuss them prior to this date.
NON URGENT ABNORMAL RESULT
You will receive a text message from your doctor asking that you make a
NON URGENT appointment to discuss the result.
ABNORMAL RESULT
Your doctor will contact you by telephone with an appointment
time and date to discuss the result.
